Ralph graduated from the University of Delaware in 1995 after earning an athletic scholarship and was voted NAC 1st Team All Conference. He completed the PGA of America's Golf Professional Training Program in 2000. He placed 7th at the 1999 Bermuda Goodwill Tournament and has been ranked in the Top 20 in NJPGA Points. Ralph was also the 1998 Wilson Series Event Champion. He finished 3rd on the 1997 South Florida Tour and 4th on the 1996 Future Masters Tour.
