Description

Wyvern over LGC, is the modern one for The Leicestershire Golf Club, Evington Lane Leicester. I had the dies made and sold the button to the members during my capacity as Professional (1969-89). I came across the original type a year or two before, same crest in high relief on a gilt convex closed back type. The flat 'Georgian' single piece style proved popular and wears very well.
